Besides business operations, Schindler India has its own Corporate R&D Centre, Elevator and Escalator Factory and Shared Service Centre to support India operations, which is in-fact one of the fastest growing market now globally.  Join us as aGroup Leader- New Installation (Supervisor) Your main responsibilities Role:The Group Leader - NI would be responsible for: - The actual project executions. - Completion in his/her territory by proper allocation of resources (men, money and material). - Achieve on time delivery, good quality, employee productivity and customer satisfaction. What you bring Responsibility:Plan the project, distribute and monitor the performance of installation engineers - Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations - Assembly - Supervise the execution the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies and documentation. - Ensure Process implementation and improvements (Pull, Site readiness, Audits etc) - Regular follow up on site updates and WIPs. - Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues. - Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning. - Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team - Work proactively to avoid fire fighting and control cycle time. - Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality What's in it for you?Join our purpose-driven organization.
