Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will spearhead OTM upgrade initiatives, design and implement functional enhancements, perform comprehensive testing, optimize SQL queries, collaborate on infrastructure support, troubleshoot post-upgrade issues, and document solutions.Spearhead OTM upgrade efforts (on-premise/in-place) to version 6.5.3.Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and support ongoing operations.Document solutions and support knowledge transfer.Key Qualifications4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
