This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement functional enhancements that cater to business needs, performing thorough testing of upgrades and customizations, optimizing database performance, and ensuring seamless integration support for OTM environments.Key QualificationsA minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle OTM, including at least two full upgrade lifecycles.Expertise in OTM 6.5.x or similar versions, with a solid understanding of configurations, workflows, and integrations.Strong background in Oracle DB administration, SQL/PLSQL development, and server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.Bonus points for a background in logistics or supply chain management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the upgrade efforts of Oracle OTM to version 6.5.3.Design and implement functional enhancements tailored to business needs.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and ensure ongoing operations are supported effectively.
