This team identifies risks early on and works closely with Product and Operations teams.This role involves managing risk across savings products, identifying, assessing, and remediating risks (credit, liquidity, third-party, operational), collaborating with product teams and operations managers on daily risk activities, supporting incident management, control, testing, and risk reporting, and partnering with leadership on savings risk-related matters.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and manage risks.Monitor and report on risk-related metrics and key performance indicators.Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to risk management.This opportunity involves working closely with various stakeholders, including product teams, operations managers, and leadership, to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
