Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site on-field role at LAFAYRE | Natural Luxury, a brand by Awburn Innovations.They will be responsible for soliciting, building client relations, promoting sales, training salon staff on products, building business relationships with owners of salon management, holding customer interaction and sales events, customer service, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.Fieldwork and Touring are part of the Job for this Role.They must have experience and a ready network of Clients viz. Salons/Aesthetic clinics/ derma clinics, Distributors/Dealers and service distribution channels for the Assigned territory.They must be experienced and well-versed in basic skincare, haircare & wellness.They must have experience in product launches & product promotion in the market with a timeline to drive sales.They must take up the onus and responsibility of achieving sales targets forwarded by the Company from time to time.They should be experienced in promoting products in salons, shops and retail counters.Strong communication & end user/customer handling experience required. Providing expert advice & consultation of recommended products and treatments for the end user's/customer's concerns will be part of the job for this role.
