Civil Engineer PositionWe are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead our construction projects and ensure their successful execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily construction activities to guarantee smooth project progression.Implement construction works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work schedules, manpower, and material requirements.Monitor and optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.Evaluate and verify levels, alignments, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.Ensure high-quality work and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.Maintain and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and site documentation.Collaborate with subcontractors, labor teams, and engineers to resolve site issues and enhance productivity.Plan and report material requirements based on daily and weekly targets; minimize wastage.Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to strict Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.Guide and support junior supervisors and foremen for efficient site operations.Report any site issues, delays, or non-conformities promptly to the Project Engineer/Manager.Skill Requirements:Ability to read and interpret drawings and provide clear instructions to workers.Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting formats.Strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project completion.About Us:We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to contribute to successful project outcomes.
