Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Development Specialist to enhance our distributor network in North and West India, specifically targeting the HoReCa segment.Distributor Engagement & Management:Identify and appoint distributors catering to the HoReCa sector across Gujarat, NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, and Bihar.Foster growth by driving monthly sales and expanding product penetration via frozen food products.QSR & Cloud Kitchen Business Expansion:Develop strategic partnerships with QSR chains, regional fast-food chains, and cloud kitchens.Nurture relationships with national procurement heads, central kitchens, and sourcing teams.Export Market Support:Share market intelligence on distributors, ethnic stores, and food service importers.Collaborate with the export team to provide samples, documentation, and product presentations.Essential Skills & QualificationsA minimum of 4-12 years of experience in sales, focusing on Institutional / HoReCa / QSR segments.A strong distribution network in North/West India, particularly in Gujarat.Prior experience working with or selling to distributors serving restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens, QSR chains, hotels, banquets, and corporate kitchens is advantageous.
