About the RoleAs a holistic healthcare professional, you will provide virtual consultations to patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.You will proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their healthcare journey.Taking ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by your manager, which will include targets for the number of call attempts made and the number of completed consultation calls each day.FOLLOW established communication and script guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent, high-empathy experience and meeting quality standards.You will conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and the established line of treatment.Develop personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with specialists to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.Escalate complex cases to specialists for further evaluation.We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have:Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.Valid medical registration/license (if applicable).This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about providing quality healthcare services.
