Position: Social Media ExecutiveLocation: Kandivali, Mumbai.Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.
- Design visually appealing and engaging posts tailored to different platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Conduct in-depth research on current trends, competitors, and market insights to stay ahead in the digital space.
- Craft and manage creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and fostering community.
- Analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Be innovative and think outside the box, bringing fresh and unique ideas to the table to keep our social media presence vibrant and compelling.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Social Media role or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, including analytics tools.
- Exceptional ability in creating visually appealing content and proficiency in design software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging and clear messages.
- A proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for coming up with innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to use AI Tools to accelerate marketing strategies, ideas, and implementation.
