Key responsibilities include preparing operational reports, ensuring analysts meet performance targets, and continually improving operations and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present monthly operational reports to clientsClient SLAs and Reporting (including driving enhancements)Ensure L1 and L2 analysts are meeting SLA and following proceduresExcellent report writing skillsOnboard new clientsContinuously improve operations and client engagementDevelop deep understanding of client business including orchestration of strategic planning, roadmaps, and workshopsRisk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor Incident ManagementRequirements:Minimum 5 years work experience in Service ManagementExperience delivering SOC services is essentialExperienced working in MSP environmentITIL Service Management accreditationProven experience with Incident responseStrong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsDemonstrated ability to position and present at C-suite levelDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multi-disciplined teamStrategic thinking with get-up-and-go attitudeAbsorbent self-sufficiency and high degree autonomyAbility to influence external & internal stakeholders as part of continuous improvement life cycle for customers
