We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Social Media to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Digital Marketing Executive . The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategies, analyzing web analytics, generating leads, and managing social media marketing channels.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement across various digital platforms, including social media, SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it is in line with brand voice, marketing strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Leverage analytical tools to track and report on performance metrics for all digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and product managers to create cohesive and effective campaign materials.
- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a positive ROI on campaigns.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, including emerging social media platforms, SEM practices, and performance marketing techniques.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key digital influencers, potential partners, and vendors to amplify brand messaging.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
Experience in Marketing and Web Analytics
Expertise in Digital Marketing
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in the e-commerce industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree is a must, MBA in marketing preferable
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
