Job Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Edifec Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Edifecs, database management, middleware and integration, programming and scripting, EDI and healthcare domain knowledge, data integration and transformation, DevOps and version control.Proficient in Edifecs XEngine Server, SpecBuilder, Transaction Manager (TM), Integration Console, and Healthcare Transaction Repository (HTR).Strong SQL and RDBMS skills, including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and Groovy or JavaScript for scripting in Edifecs environments.Familiarity with Java is a plus.Knowledge of EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277) and healthcare payer and provider workflow.Ability to work with XML, XSLT, JSON, flat files, and CSVs.Experience with data mapping and transformation using SpecBuilder.Nice to have: Git experience, especially in modern CI/CD environments, and knowledge of servers, logs, and deployment best practices.Requirements:4+ years of experience in Edifec development.Strong understanding of Edifecs, database management, middleware and integration, programming and scripting, EDI and healthcare domain knowledge, data integration and transformation, DevOps and version control.Proficient in Edifecs XEngine Server, SpecBuilder, Transaction Manager (TM), Integration Console, and Healthcare Transaction Repository (HTR).
