Job Description:As a seasoned data professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing ETL processes that facilitate seamless data integration between various sources and targets. This involves leveraging Oracle Data Integrator to optimize existing processes for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data management best practices, troubleshooting issues related to ODI and data integration workflows, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies, and prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and data mappings to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration projects, with a strong focus on Oracle Data Integrator.Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques.Strong understanding in Python Programming.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.Benefits:Relevant certifications in ODI or data integration methodologies will be an advantage.Others:The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
