New roles are sourced and hired in close coordination between both organizations, with Straive managing recruitment, onboarding, and initial training.Key Responsibilities:Technical leadership requires advanced communications skills to lead discussions with team and customers.Excellent collaboration with engineers and PMO on project.Manage multiple projects in a timely manner.Develop and manage technical documentation, deliverables, and workbooks.Advanced knowledge to configure, troubleshoot, and manage enterprise networks.Implement security principles, automation, and programmability within an enterprise network.Plan, design, and lead large projects with multiple technology types and advanced solution sets.Possess the ability to re-configure and configure platforms in a holistic manner.Implement changes and perform change control mechanisms with full testing outcomes.Lead large projects from beginning to end.Manage all aspects of design, prep, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and customer sign-off.Required Skills and Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following criteria:Hold and maintain (3) or more manufacturer associate level certification(s) in different technological tracks.Hold and maintain one TSG approved Professional Level Certification.Meet the experience level equivalent to (3) TSG approved associate level certification or (1) approved professional level certification.Certifications:Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP), or equivalent level manufacturers.Multi-manufacturer associate level certifications.What We Offer:As part of our partnership with MGT Impact Solutions, you will engage with nationally respected teams in management consulting and technology services.
