You will play a key role in helping them shortlist the right-fit courses and universities and ensuring a seamless admission and enrollment process.If you have a passion for working with students, a knack for consulting, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:Operations Excellence: Manage end-to-end application operations across destinations, including document readiness, eligibility checks, submission accuracy, deadlines, and application status.SOPs & Standardisation: Create and enforce processes for applications, offers, deposits, and visas.Application Tracking: Regularly track students' progress, resolve pendencies, and coordinate with internal and external teams.CRM & Documentation: Maintain data in CRM on a real-time basis and ensure documentation for ease of operations.Enrollment & Visa: Manage deposits, COE/I-20/CAS, and visa documentation handoffs within timelines.Central Point of Contact: Act as the operational POC for counsellors, partners, and universities.Qualifications:1–2 years in study abroad operations or application management.Proven expertise in multi-country application operations and requirements.Strong operational rigour, attention to detail, and execution.Proficiency in destination countries, education systems, application processes and university requirements.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).CRM proficiency required.Why Work with AdmitX?High potential for growth within the company with end-to-end ownershipCompetitive remuneration and perksUpskilling opportunities on the jobWork as part of a young team across domains in a modern office in Gurugram.Cultivate an execution mindset, with huge emphasis on delivering results.
