Job Title: TRIRIGA Corporate Applications Specialist We are seeking a skilled and experienced TRIRIGA corporate applications specialist to support and enhance our enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) using IBM TRIRIGA.About the Role: The ideal candidate will administer and support IBM TRIRIGA applications across various corporate functions, including space management, lease administration, maintenance, and capital projects.Key Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Administration and Support: Administer and support IBM TRIRIGA applications to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.Requirements Gathering and Configuration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA configurations or enhancements.Workflow Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within TRIRIGA to meet business needs.Troubleshooting and Coordination: Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with IBM support or internal technical teams for resolution.Data Integrity and Performance Monitoring: Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and monitoring.User Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption and effective use of TRIRIGA.System Upgrades and Deployment: Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to ensure seamless transition.Integration with Enterprise Systems: Support integration of TRIRIGA with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Finance, ERP).About Us: We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.
