So come and be part of our high-performing team of professionals.Job Overview This is a business-critical role that requires someone with end-to-end legal expertise spanning multiple jurisdictions, including contract management, compliance governance, and regulatory liaison. The successful candidate will work directly with leadership across finance, HR, and operations to ensure smooth cross-border operations.Key Responsibilities 1. Entity Compliance (India, US & NZ) Handle legal notices, responses, and communications for US, India and NZ entitiesManage statutory and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act in IndiaLiaise with US registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state complianceMaintain a master compliance calendar across all three entities2. Contract Management Draft, vet, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting AgreementsSupport the Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with ASC 606 / GDPR / data-protection obligationsMaintain a contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contractsDevelop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable use3. Legal Coordination & Advisory Work with external counsel (India / US / NZ) for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy mattersProvide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry4. Governance & Internal Policies Draft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policiesMaintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documentsBuild scalable frameworks for risk management and contractual governanceRequirements To be successful in this role, you will need:• A degree in Law from a reputable university; an LLM or CS background is preferred• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience with exposure to SaaS / Tech / IT sectors• Proven experience in managing India + US entity compliance, contract negotiation, and regulatory liaison• Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills• Familiarity with SaaS legal aspects such as subscription models, data processing agreements, and reseller contractsBenefits You'll have the opportunity to work with a high-growth global SaaS company, directly with the leadership team across geographies.
