Global Infrastructure SpecialistJob DescriptionThe role of Global Infrastructure Specialist is a vital position within our organization, responsible for maintaining and supporting the global IT infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and cloud environments.Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining Linux or Windows servers across development, testing, and production environments. Additionally, you will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability of critical applications and infrastructure.Another important aspect of this role is setting up, configuring, and maintaining virtual machines, cloud instances, and on-prem infrastructure. You will also manage users, permissions, and security policies across systems, as well as apply patches, updates, and upgrades for OS, applications, and security components.Furthermore, you will support network troubleshooting, firewall rules, VPN access, and connectivity issues, working closely with DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams to support deployments and operational workflows.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator.Strong knowledge of either Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) or Windows Server administration.Experience with user management, permissions, and system security best practices.Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network issues.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).Understanding of backup, recovery, and storage systems.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.BenefitsWork on global infrastructure and IT support initiatives.Multiple openings with rapid onboarding.Fully remote with flexible working hours.Long-term freelance engagement with consistent workload.Exposure to modern cloud and hybrid IT environments.How to ApplySend your CV to [email address] for consideration.
