We have an office both in Mumbai, India and Nairobi, Kenya.As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team and play a vital support role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring operational excellence.The RoleThis is a hands-on, coordination-heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing details, and being the go-to person that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll be supporting the sales team by coordinating with agents and suppliers, managing quotes and logistics, tracking costs, and ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service we’re known for.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in compiling safari packages by coordinating with local agents, lodges, guides, and transport providers.Use Microsoft Excel to manage costings, build pricing sheets, and track client paymentsGather and organize quotes, confirmations, and booking details from multiple suppliers.Maintain operational trackers and ensure all logistical elements are aligned before client travel.Prepare final documents and handovers (itineraries, vouchers, confirmations) for sales to deliver to clients.Support with CRM updates, invoice tracking, and client folder management.Follow up with suppliers on pending bookings and ensure timely responses to the sales team.Help collect post-trip feedback and testimonials to assist with quality control and marketing.Who We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in an operations role, Freshers with the skill set listed can also apply.Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (you must be comfortable using formulas and organizing data).High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple moving parts.Familiarity with travel industry components is a strong plus but not necessary.Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing, passionate team creating exceptional travel experiences.Opportunity to grow within the company and take on more responsibility over time.Work in a role that combines travel operations, and client service.Flexible work culture with a commitment to excellence and innovation.Training will be provided related to role required by the respected team.How to ApplySend your CV and a short cover letter (mentioning why you’re interested in this role) to [raghav.kamalia@tbltc.com] with the subject line: “Application – Operations & Admin Executive”
