Genome Analyst RoleWe are seeking a skilled Genome Analyst to perform high-quality analysis of whole exome, whole genome, and targeted gene panel sequencing data.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in molecular genetics and bioinformatics, with the ability to translate complex genomic findings into clear, clinically meaningful insights.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality analysis of genomic data.Review and interpret variants according to established guidelines.Generate clear, accurate, and clinically relevant genetic reports.Collaborate with laboratory scientists, bioinformaticians, and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate case review.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of genetic databases, variant classification tools, and the latest literature.Participate in regular case discussions, multidisciplinary meetings, and continuous quality improvement activities.Ensure all analyses and reports comply with internal SOPs, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Genetic Counseling, or a related field.Strong understanding of human genetics, variant interpretation, and genomic technologies.Hands-on experience with NGS data interpretation is highly preferred.Familiarity with ClinVar, gnomAD, HGMD, OMIM, Varsome, or similar genomic databases and tools.Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, working in a collaborative team environment, and contributing to groundbreaking research in the field of genomics.About the Role:This Genome Analyst position requires a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
