We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Architect to lead our analytics initiatives.About the RoleThis key member of our analytics team will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level business intelligence architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.As a leader in our BI solution lifecycle, you will oversee requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL, report design, deployment, and support. You will define and enforce business intelligence architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.You will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to design scalable reporting solutions and analytical frameworks. Additionally, you will architect robust, scalable data models and datasets optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement business intelligence architecture that aligns with strategic business objectives and data governance standards.Lead end-to-end BI solution development, including requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL, report design, deployment, and ongoing support.Develop and maintain business intelligence architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable reporting solutions and analytical frameworks.Architect efficient, scalable data models and datasets optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Requirements:7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 5 years in business intelligence architecture and development.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced visualization techniques.Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling and ETL tools.Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, including Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure SQL.Deep understanding of business intelligence administration, including workspace governance, tenant setup, capacity management, and usage monitoring.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevOps practices for business intelligence solutions.
