Job RoleThe Energy Modeller is a key position in our organisation, responsible for developing energy simulations and building performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:Develop accurate energy models using software such as eQuest, Design Builder, IES VE etc.Support LEED, Estidama and other green building certifications by preparing required documentation, calculations and simulation reports.Assist in reviewing architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings to extract inputs for energy modelling and system analysis.Conduct baseline and proposed case simulations in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant standards.Analyse simulation results to identify energy conservation measures and optimisation opportunities.Support the preparation of energy and water efficiency reports, feasibility studies and carbon reduction analyses.Collaborate with design teams to provide recommendations on passive design strategies, HVAC system optimisation and renewable energy integration.Stay updated with local authority requirements and international standards related to energy performance and building simulation.Benefits include the opportunity to work on sustainable projects, collaborate with experienced professionals and develop skills in energy modelling and analysis.
