As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.About the RoleThis role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to drive impactful outcomes across cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesRPA & AI Program Development Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA and AI solutions aligned with business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define use cases.Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms.Delivery, Project & Program Management Manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.Effectively track progress using project management tools & overall op-model expansion.Market & Strategic Analysis Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation.Identify emerging trends in automation and AI to guide roadmap development.Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.Project-to-Product Mindset Transformation Lead the shift from project-based delivery to product-centric operating models.Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical teams.Establish governance and processes for product lifecycle management. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.5+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology.Overall 10+ years of experience.Proven experience in managing or helping with RPA/IPA and AI implementations. Required SkillsGo-getter attitude with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.Highly self-motivated and resourceful; thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break down complex problems, evaluate options, and recommend actionable solutions.Proven ability to stay organized and on top of multiple priorities, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.Comfortable rolling up sleeves to dive deep into data, processes, and stakeholder feedback to uncover root causes and drive resolution.Adept at using data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact of strategic initiatives.Experience in strategy development, operational planning, or business transformation within dynamic and matrixed organizations.With experience with developing products and product management frameworks.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around strategic goals.
