This is a high-equity, high-impact opportunity for someone ready to own revenue growth and build a long-term company together.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or fashion/tech business development. They will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, hiring a commission-based sales team, and using email marketing workflows to convert leads into real revenue.Critical responsibilities include:B bring in at least 3 corporate clients within the first 90 daysHire, train, and manage a commission-based sales teamDevelop and execute a go-to-market sales strategySet up and manage email marketing campaignsC close deals directly and build repeatable systems for the sales teamCollaborate with the founder to refine pricing, packaging, and positioningThe ideal partner profile includes:Proven experience closing high-value deals (₹50,000+ in recurring SaaS)Built and managed sales teams (bonus: if remote/commission-based)Skilled in email marketing, campaign tools, and copywriting for conversionsNetworked within the fashion, apparel, or manufacturing supply chainDriven by results, ownership, and long-term value creation
