About Us

We are Resollect , a fast-growing fintech startup building a full-stack collections and recovery operating system for the ₹80,000 Cr+ debt recovery market. Our platform unifies legal, field, and digital recovery operations, transforming how banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and fin-techs manage overdue accounts, especially in secured lending.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented professional to lead our dialer operations, oversee real-time MIS reporting, and manage a dynamic team of 25–30 tele-callers.

This is a high-responsibility role at the intersection of operations, analytics, and people management – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Dialer Operations

  • Manage and optimize daily dialer system performance (Ozonetel/Exotel or similar).
  • Configure call flows, campaigns, and agent allocations.
  • Monitor uptime, connectivity, and productivity; troubleshoot issues promptly.

MIS & Analytics

  • Build structured dashboards and reports for real-time tracking.
  • Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of 25–30 tele-callers.
  • Drive daily targets, SOP adherence, and call quality.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve escalations.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with recovery managers, product, field, and legal teams.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and management requests.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dialer operations and MIS reporting (preferably Ozonetel/Exotel).
  • Hands-on experience managing call center teams in high-volume environments.
  • Strong background in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Kannada & English, additional languages are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Startup mindset – hands-on, adaptable, and execution-driven.
