Facility Director PositionPrioritize operational efficiency and oversee daily activities to ensure seamless administrative functions, secure facilities, and deliver exceptional services.Routine inspections and critical area checks to identify areas for improvement.Manage and track tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements.Conduct regular inventory audits and stock management to prevent shortages.Cultivate effective vendor relationships and coordinate with site teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and prepare detailed material requisitions.Optimize manpower deployments based on business needs.Implement efficient inventory systems and store management practices.Maintain updated checklists to ensure optimal facility upkeep.Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform strategic decisions.About This RoleThis role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
