Job Title: Test ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the planning, execution and coordination of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.Lead the planning, execution and coordination of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs and decision outcomes.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.Use SAS to extract, validate and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test cases and test result documentation for all testing cycles.Develop and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes.Support go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of results.Key Skills and Experience:Strong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g. application, behavior or collections strategies).Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning and defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, ALM).High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides).Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
