Job Title: Software Quality Assurance SpecialistAt our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software applications by testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills who can create test plans, execute test cases, document results, and identify areas for improvement. If you have experience with SQA processes, methodologies, and tools, we would love to hear from you.As an SQA Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our software products. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Documentation:Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to develop detailed test plans and test cases.Document test results and log defects in the tracking system.Test Execution:Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications.Defect Management:Identify, report, and track defects through resolution.Quality Control & Process Improvement:Evaluate and improve SQA processes to enhance testing efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of SQA processes, SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).Hands-on experience in manual testing and basic understanding of automation tools (Selenium, Postman).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
