Job Description:

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of experience, you will leverage your extensive expertise in the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, to lead the successful implementation, optimization, and management of SAP solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work closely with business leaders to streamline financial processes and enhance organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP FICO Implementations: Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP FI/CO modules within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Business Process Analysis: Work directly with senior stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, translating them into efficient SAP solutions.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP, enhancing overall business processes.
  • Upgrades & Migrations: Manage SAP S/4HANA migrations and system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
  • Optimization & Troubleshooting: Drive continuous improvement of existing SAP FICO systems, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure systems meet business requirements.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Mentor junior team members and provide training to users on SAP FICO functionality and best practices.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support after system go-live, including resolution of complex issues, performance tuning, and system enhancement.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in SAP FICO with strong experience in S4 HANA.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in a S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience with S/4HANA migration and end-to-end implementations, including data migration and cutover activities.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Internal Control).
  • Strong consulting background with the ability to lead large-scale SAP transformations, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project management.
  • Expertise in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS, etc.) and non-SAP systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
