Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP FICO Implementations: Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP FI/CO modules within SAP S/4HANA.Business Process Analysis: Work directly with senior stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, translating them into efficient SAP solutions.System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP, enhancing overall business processes.Upgrades & Migrations: Manage SAP S/4HANA migrations and system upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.Optimization & Troubleshooting: Drive continuous improvement of existing SAP FICO systems, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure systems meet business requirements.Training & Knowledge Transfer: Mentor junior team members and provide training to users on SAP FICO functionality and best practices.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support after system go-live, including resolution of complex issues, performance tuning, and system enhancement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
