Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent management, and compliance for our precision aerospace manufacturing unit. The role requires hands-on experience in HR systems, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, shop-floor, and support functions.
Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
Design structured onboarding and induction programs tailored for aerospace manufacturing.
Performance Management & Development
Implement appraisal systems linked to productivity, skill, and quality standards.
Coordinate training programs for operators, engineers, and staff in line with aerospace compliance needs (QMS, EHS, AS9100, etc.).
Track employee career growth and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Drive initiatives for employee morale, retention, and engagement on the shop floor.
Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling fairly and transparently.
Act as a bridge between management and employees.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factories Act, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records, employee database, and HRMIS reports.
Support ISO / AS9100 audits from an HR and compliance perspective.
Policies & Systems
Develop and refine HR policies aligned with aerospace industry standards.
Monitor attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Contribute to ERP/HRMS integration for workforce management.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
5 – 7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably precision engineering / aerospace / automotive).
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and factory workforce management.
Proven experience in recruitment for niche technical roles.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on approach with ability to manage HR independently in a growing organization.
