Role Summary The Assistant Manager - HR Generalist will support various HR functions including recruitment employee engagement performance management and policy implementation This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and compliant work environment supporting both employees and management with HR matters Roles and Responsibility Assist in the recruitment and selection process including job postings resume screening and interviewing Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards Assist in payroll administration and benefits management Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives Identify training needs and coordinate training programs Support career development initiatives and succession planning Maintain training records and track employee progress Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner Spok for Women employees- POSH Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement Organize team-building activities and recognition programs Support HR initiatives and projects Ensure all welfare benefits at the plant as welfare officer in line with compliance Prepare and maintain employee records Rewards and Recognition Requirements 8 to 11 years of experience in HR or a related role and preferably manufacturing plant experience Proficiency work experience in HR Tool software e g Workday HRIS ADP Savior etc Proficient in MS office power point excel and word Knowledge in Talent Acquisition MIS and data analysis Payroll administration and Employee engagement Should be able to read write and speak in Kannada language which is mandatory
