Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role as an Visa Appointment Scheduler at Comet Web Solutions LLP. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Visa Appointment Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling visa appointments, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent time management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and manage visa appointments for clients.
  • Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all appointments, documentation, and client communication.
  • Coordinate with visa application centers, embassies, and consulates as required.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their visa appointments.
  • Handle inquiries regarding visa processes and appointment availability.
  • Ensure compliance with visa application procedures and requirements.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in administrative, scheduling, or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with visa processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
