Senior Tech-Functional Business Analyst Role OverviewThis senior-level position involves overseeing the development of system functionality, enhancements, and solutioning for Signal Management and Risk Management platforms.The ideal candidate will have expertise in bridging business requirements with system design and possess strong leadership skills to lead requirement workshops, system impact assessments, and end-to-end functional design.Key Responsibilities:Owns system functionality, enhancements, and solutioning for Signal Management and Risk Management platforms.Leads requirement workshops, system impact assessments, and end-to-end functional design.Drives solution architecture discussions with IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.Process Expertise:Deep understanding of Signal Management processes including detection, triage, validation, evaluation, prioritization, and aggregate reporting.Good knowledge and hands-on involvement in Risk Management Plans (RMP) and associated PV risk mitigation workflows.Ensures solutions comply with global PV regulations, audit requirements, and internal quality standards.Collaboration & Governance:Acts as a senior liaison between IT, PV operations, QA, and product vendors.Prepares solution documentation, training materials, and system SOP updates as needed.Provides mentorship/functional guidance to junior BAs and technical team members.
