The role offers a dynamic environment working across diverse SAP applications and provides opportunities for both junior and senior-level professionalsRequired SkillsSoft Skills:Strong customer-facing communication skills.Ability to document processes and write detailed reports.Creativity in solving problems and willingness to learn on the job.Conflict management, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.Desirable Certifications: (Good to have)Relevant certifications in SAP, Oracle, and HANA administration.Perform SAP application installations, upgrades, patches, and production support for various SAP products, including ECC, BI, SCM, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal, and PI.Manage HANA administration, including setting up and maintaining High Availability (HA) configurations and replica nodes.Collaborate with OS and infrastructure administrators to ensure optimal system performance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle/HANA database performance.Execute system and client copies, new SAP instance installations, table reorganizations, and general maintenance.Handle SAP Security administration, including user account management and role assignments.Ensure comprehensive documentation of transport management and rigorous adherence to backup protocols.Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and monthly maintenance windows (typically first weekend of the month).Coordinate with SAP for troubleshooting, incident resolution, and access management.Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge sharing within the team.Provide guidance and support to SAP application development teams and assist in global SAP implementation programs.Technical Requirements:Senior Consultant: years of SAP and HANA Basis administration experience.Expertise in SAP HANA, Oracle database administration, and Linux Operating Systems.Experience with SAP components: ECC, BO, BI, PI, Portal, Solman, SLT, SRM, CRM, Fiori, TM, EM, GRC, Redwood, IDM, HANA, NWDI, and Java administration.Proficient in SAP security, network concepts, DB export/import techniques, and system copy processes.Desirable: SAP certifications in ECC, Netweaver, Solution Manager, Portal, HANA, SCM, SRM.
