Job Title: 2D Spine Animator for Slot GamesWe are seeking a highly skilled 2D Spine Animator with extensive experience in animation, preferably within the slot or casino game industry.This is a challenging and creative role where you will bring games to life through dynamic, polished, and visually engaging animations.Key Responsibilities:Design and animate characters, symbols, UI elements, and backgrounds using Spine 2D.Create stylized, fluid, and visually appealing animations tailored for slot game dynamics.Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to align animations with gameplay mechanics, pacing, and visual direction.Optimize animations for smooth performance across multiple platforms and resolutions.Refine animations based on feedback to achieve high-quality results.Work closely with developers to integrate Spine animations into the game engine (Unity experience is beneficial).Maintain animation libraries and ensure a consistent visual style across projects.Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas that enhance transitions, game feel, and overall player engagement.Requirements:Experience: 3+ years as a 2D/Spine Animator, preferably in slot, mobile, or casual games.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing Spine 2D work (slot animation experience is advantageous).Animation Principles: Excellent understanding of movement, timing, anticipation, and character-driven animation.Technical Skills: Familiarity with integrating Spine animations into game engines; Unity experience is highly beneficial.Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of slot game mechanics, pacing, and visual storytelling.Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and comfort working within a collaborative team.Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and/or After Effects.Nice to Have:Experience creating VFX or animation-driven visual effects for slot gamesKnowledge of 2D art fundamentals (composition, color, lighting)Experience with other animation tools or custom pipelinesUnderstanding of player engagement principles in iGaming
