Project Administration/Industrial Relations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Site Administrator to handle project administration and industrial relations functions at our project sites.Workforce Management: screening and induction of workers, handling worker complaints and grievances, establishing and managing workforce habitats, organizing training and development programs for workers.Compliance Management: ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to construction projects, obtaining registrations and statutory approvals, maintaining statutory records and registers, filing statutory returns, ensuring timely provision of social security benefits.Stakeholder Engagement: ensuring smooth work progress with zero disruption at the site, managing local issues, maintaining positive relationships, networking and liaising with Labour Departments and government authorities.Site Operations Management: managing site office administration, coordinating transport arrangements, overseeing security deployment, housekeeping and related services.As a Project Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management of project sites, including:Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.Maintaining accurate records of project progress, costs, and timelines.Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong understanding of project administration and industrial relations principles, as well as experience in workforce management, compliance management, stakeholder engagement, and site operations management.
