We're backed by leading investors.Job Responsibilities:Project Lifecycle Management: Independently oversee planning, organization, execution, and monitoring of project lifecycles, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.Team Leadership: Lead teams independently to deliver large-scale system projects, covering requirement management, product development, and environment operation & maintenance.Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and collaborators to enhance client satisfaction.Tech Leadership: Provide strong leadership to teams including requirement analysis, architecture, development, and operation & maintenance; foster a collaborative team culture and proactively identify and resolve issues.Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation and control project costs to ensure efficient use of resources.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or above; at least 5 years of work experience in software and internet-related fields, with no less than 3 years in project management.Software Development Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and R&D processes.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong team spirit and rich experience in team building.Responsibility: High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.Industry Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.Language Proficiency: Business-level proficiency in English communication.
