Senior AI Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and autonomous workflows.Design and implement scalable LLM-powered applications, including chatbots, RAG systems, and AI decision-support tools.Develop autonomous agents and multi-agent systems for internal and client needs.Implement AIOps frameworks to monitor and improve production AI systems.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Python programming, cloud-native AI systems, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and production Machine Learning (ML).Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering with real-world production systems.Strong experience developing and scaling LLM apps, RAG, agents, and AI-driven apps.Excellent programming skills in Python & SQL.Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC.Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.).Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with real-time or event-driven architectures.Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or agent frameworks.Experience with MCP or a2a protocols.Experience leading or mentoring junior engineers.
