Roles and responsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements for the given Supply Chain Data Analytics project and build high-quality data processing/transformation programs.Perform Data profiling and produce an outcome in business terms.Do data story telling bringing out top insights from the given data.Write complex logics in python programs and construct complex SQLs for achieving the required business logicsCreate optimization algorithm, ML models at ease.Architect and draw data flow diagrams for complex data transformationsSpeak with customers and prospects in high degree of technical and functional (supply chain) depth and bring trustDesign, develop and optimise the program by analysing bottlenecks and resolving those in a timelyProactively surface the challenges or data quality issues and work to resolve the same in the right wayTo contribute as an individual contributor as well as module lead with a very high degree of commitment and integrity.Bring innovation in every step. Follow test-driven development.Ability to make effective communication within the team and with the customers.Skills and experienceHighly skilled in Python development in Supply Chain Domain (Polars based).Ability to perform Operational research based programming or Advanced analyticsAnalytical problem solving skills.Highly skilled in Advanced SQLStrong in Data modeling and Dimensional ModelingExperience working in cloud based solutionsVery strong in both row level and bulk data processing approachesAbility to arrive at design quickly without any external supportAdded Advantage for the right candidateUnderstand challenge statements quicklyExceptional Customer handlingAbility to do detailed EDA and Feature EngineeringAbility to explain ML programs (Clustering, Regression, Classification)Has certification/Master’s degree in relevant area.EligibilityMinimum of Bachelors degree.2+ Years of relevant experienceCertification or advanced courses in ML/Cloud/NNCertification or degree in Supply Chain
