At a leading educational institution, we are seeking an exceptional leader to shape our brand narrative and drive creative excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of creatives and strategists to amplify our voice across multiple channels.The Head - Creative, Communication and Public Relations will be responsible for overseeing two multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between brand storytelling, communication strategy, and media engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to balance strategic foresight with creative excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our reputation and visibilityDrive integrated campaigns across digital, print, and events to engage audiences and promote our missionLead the production of high-quality video content, including social media reels and YouTube shorts, to grow our digital presenceManage and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, community stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaborationTrack and measure campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform future initiativesQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or related field12-15 years of experience in brand communication, creative leadership, and public relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven expertise in managing brand strategy, creative teams, and external media relationsDemonstrated success in crisis communication, campaign leadership, PR storytelling, and multi-brand reputation managementStrong track record of growing social media accounts and engagement through video-first strategiesExcellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills, with a keen eye for design and brand voiceLeadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team of creatives, freelancers, and agenciesCreative, data-driven, and passionate about education and student engagementAdditional Requirements:Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading diverse creative and communication teamsOutstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skillsStrong network with media, PR agencies, and creative vendorsHigh level of professionalism in handling sensitive and public-facing communicationAnalytical and data-driven mindset for measuring campaign and PR impactAbility to balance creativity with strategic business objectives in a fast-paced, operations-heavy environmentForward-looking, innovative thinker who can position the institution as a leader in the education sectorJoin us in shaping the future of education and creating a world where every child has access to quality learning opportunities.
