We are hiring for Program Managers for our Telecom projects at Chennai /Noida locations
Role & Responsibilities of Senior Program Manager (Telecom OEM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that align with and adhere to organizational objectives and vision.
- Develop and refine program assessment protocols for the evaluation and continuous improvement of ongoing programs.
- Ensure that organizational standards for customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and performance are maintained across multiple projects.
- Actively participate in customer workshops to understand their pain points, key performance indicators (KPIs), and both operational and strategic priorities.
- Oversee budget management, operational efficiency, escalation handling , and demand-supply alignment for large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Program Management Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the project sponsor , cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to define the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline for new initiatives.
- Lead and manage program and project teams to optimize return on investment, while coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives.
- Identify and address key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Develop and manage the project budget , ensuring accountability for meeting established business goals and objectives.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across various projects within the department.
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks , and produce reports for managers and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in an upper-management role, ideally within program management or delivery management for OEMs or Communications Service Providers (CSPs).
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in managing 360-degree relationships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom solutions , preferably large-scale solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly valued.
