  • The candidate must be open to traveling across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for training purposes.
  • On non-training days, they will be required to report to the Coimbatore office.

Position Overview: We're hiring an experienced Full-Time Trainer with a minimum of 1.5 year in training to lead our efforts in improving students' quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills. The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions, assessing progress, and producing comprehensive training reports.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules for quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.

• Conduct engaging and interactive sessions covering problem-solving, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and critical thinking.

• Use various teaching methods and assess students' progress through assignments and quizzes.

• Provide personalized feedback to enhance students' analytical abilities.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure effective training materials.

• Prepare and deliver detailed training reports outlining objectives, content, methodology, and outcomes.

• Showcase progress and achievements of participants, highlighting the impact of training.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in training, focusing on quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies for interactive learning.

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and environments.

• Openness to travel for training sessions.
