Job TitleWe are seeking a seasoned technical expert to lead our customer support initiatives in India. As the Technical Solutions Manager, you will provide critical technical guidance and quality support to our customers in the Automotive and General Illumination sectors.This role demands a deep understanding of automotive quality knowledge, hands-on engineering expertise, and exceptional collaboration skills with internal teams. You will act as the primary interface between customers' design teams, product development engineers, and quality teams, ensuring seamless integration of Lumileds products.Act as the primary technical interface for customers' design teams, product development engineers, and quality teams.Promote Lumileds solutions, identify application opportunities, and drive new business growth.Support customer audits (IATF16949, ISO9001) and internal QMS initiatives.Your key responsibilities include managing communication between customers and our global engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, analyzing quality trends, identifying root causes, and driving corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
