Technical Transport Specialist RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Transport Subject Matter Expert. This role requires in-depth knowledge of telecom networks and the ability to design IP/MPLS and Transport solutions for customers.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to develop tailored solutions for clientsPrepare technical documentation, solution designs, and BOMs for proposalsParticipate in customer calls to provide expert advice on architectures and answer technical queriesSupport RFP/RFI responses with accurate design details and network requirementsProvide guidance to deployment teams during implementation and migration phasesReview high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs) to ensure solutions align with telco standards, network policies, and customer expectationsAssist with troubleshooting complex issues across IP/MPLS and transport layers during deliveryEnsure services meet telco-grade performance, reliability, and SLA requirementsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience working in telecom or service provider networksDeep understanding of IP/MPLS, including L2/L3 VPNs, Segment Routing, QoS, and Traffic EngineeringExpertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, RSVP-TEGood grasp of Transport technologies like DWDM, OTN, Ethernet transportExperience working with multi-vendor platforms such as Cisco ASR/ISR, Juniper MX/PTX, Nokia SR, Huawei NE
