Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, training, policy implementation, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include managing the recruitment process, conducting performance reviews, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Qualifications 10+ Years of experience required Master's Degree Human Resources Management, Knowledge of HR principles, and HR policies implementation Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
