Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the HRMS for seamless employee lifecycle management. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records. Ensure statutory compliance with all labour laws, university regulations, and audit requirements. Drive process improvements for better efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
