Product Knowledge Developer RoleWe are seeking an experienced Product Knowledge Developer to join our team. As a Product Knowledge Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated product catalogs for an omni-channel Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) environment.You will implement and optimize complex product structures, rules, and relationships within the CPQ platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product modeling, configuration logic, and CPQ systems, with a passion for solving intricate product challenges through thoughtful design and development.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain a complex product catalog within an omni-channel CPQ environment, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and performance.Configure product knowledge rules, logic, and relationships to support dynamic product offerings and guided selling experiences.Develop custom solutions and enhancements using Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) to support advanced catalog functionality.Cross-functional teams integration for data synchronization via RESTful APIs.Leverage advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and catalog preparation.Query and manage product-related data using Microsoft SQL Server.Participate in catalog governance, versioning, and documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong background in product modeling, configuration logic, and CPQ systems.Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic (VB) and advanced Excel capabilities.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and RESTful APIs.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Other Information:This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
