Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition LeadThe Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with business leaders to identify and attract top talent. This includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job specification to offer management.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesManaging the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with external providers to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring solutionsAchieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks for time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity, and candidate satisfactionContributing to continuous improvement projects to enhance the recruitment processRequirements:At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with regional experience covering APAC and Middle EastExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with various stakeholdersStrong analytical skills, with comfort dealing with numerical dataAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work in fast-paced environmentsWhat’s On Offer:Competitive base salary and attractive company benefitsCollaborative work environment and opportunities for career growth
