Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional ConsultantThis is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.As an ideal candidate, you will have strong expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules and a working knowledge of related SCM modules. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading or participating in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement and Inventory.Assisting in solution design, business process mapping, and gap analysis.Configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and related SCM modules to meet client needs.Interacting with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements.Translating business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.Developing test scripts and executing unit, integration, and UAT testing.Working with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and reports development.Ensuring smooth cutover and post-go-live support.Preparing functional design documents, user manuals, and configuration documentation.Conducting end-user training and providing ongoing support to ensure system adoption.Identifying opportunities to enhance processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities.Staying updated with Oracle's quarterly updates and advising on new features.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
